RANCHI, India, May 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 19:
1. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for restoration of M.A. No. 117 of 2021 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 30th January 2023.
2. Mr. Ganesh C. Jha, the learned counsel appears for the Insurance Company and opposes this petition for restoration.
3. However, having been satisfied with the cause shown in this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and, consequently, M.A. No. 117 of 2021 is restored to its original records.
4. Interlocutory Application if any stands disposed of.
