RANCHI, India, Dec. 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 24:
1. The matter relates to Raidih P.S. Case No.32 of 2024, registered under Section 414/34 of the IPC and under Section 11(i)(iv) of Animal Curelty Act, 1960 and under Section 12(1) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.
2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
