JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON INDU BHUSHAN SINGH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANOTHER

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for his wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 3 rd November, 2020 passed in W.P.(S) No.1599 of 2014.

2. Learned A.C. to A.A.G.III refers to paragraph nos.7 and 8 of the supplementary show cause affidavit dated 20th March, 2024 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, which read as under:-
