RANCHI, India, May 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1. Counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to file the appeal before the competent court under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
2. Giving liberty as sought, I.A. No.3388 of 2025 is allowed and this appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
