1. Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, No.4, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVIII-cum-Spl. Judge ATS, Ranchi in M.C.A. No.1725 of 2025 arising out of A.T.S. P.S. Case No.02 of 2024/ ATS Court Case No.06 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
