RANCHI, India, Aug. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 1:
1. The instant appeal, under Section 374 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been preferred against the Judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 06.09.1999 passed by learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Chaibasa, in Sessions Trial No. 244 of 1996 and Sessions Trial No. 157 of 1997, whereby and whereunder, the appellants have been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life under Section 302/34 of IPC as also rigorous imprisonment for life under Section 364/34 of IPC.
