Apprehending his arrest in connection with G (F) Case No.1239 of 2024 instituted under Sections 33/33 (F)/52 of the Indian Forest Act, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of a tractor which was seized by forest officials while being involved in illegal transportation of logs of wood from the forest area.
