RANCHI, India, June 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No.159 of 2024 registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 126(2), 127(2), 140(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 76, 303(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, 2023, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
