Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No.09 of 2011 registered under section 467, 468, 471, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 30 of Coal Mines (Nationalization) Act and under Section 33 of Indian Forest Act.

The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the two trucks which were involved in illegal excavation and transportation of coal.
