RANCHI, India, Feb. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. The appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 911 days in filing this Letters Patent Appeal.
3. The only cause shown is that the appellant had paucity of funds and therefore, could not approach this Court earlier.
4. The learned counsel for the appellant further pointed out that the issue raised in this appeal is already decided against the appellant by the judgment and order dated 24th July 2025, passed in L.P.A.
