1. Issue notice.
2. Mr. Kumar Vaibhav, learned counsel, accepts notice and waives service for all respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is under instructions to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal.
4. Prayer is not opposed.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
