RANCHI, India, Dec. 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 26:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
"(a) for issuance of appropriate writ(s) / order(s) /direction(s) in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter as contained in Memo No. 336 dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure-3) along with letter appended thereto issued from the office of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Ranchi directing the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi to take action against the Petitioner in pursuance of Section 14
(i) and
(ii) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) as the said letter has been issued without conside...
