RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.281 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 26(1)(g) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Bihar Amendment Act, 1989) and Sections 27 and 29 of Wild Life Protection Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma.
