JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GOURANGO MONDAL V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No.261/2023, registered for the alleged offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad.
