RANCHI, India, Nov. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 30:
1. The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.4480 of 2007 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 25th March, 2022.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present civil miscellaneous petition, W.P.(C) No.4480 of 2007 is restored to its original file and stage subject to condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- in favour of Advocates Clerk Welfare Fund, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi by 7 th November, 2025.
3. This CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
