RANCHI, India, April 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1. Both the appeals are arising out of the same accidents and there are two deceased, and in view of that these two appeals have been heard together with consent of the parties. 2. Heard Mr. Alok Lal, the learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Jitendra Tripathi, the learned counsel for the claimants and Mr. Ashish Kr. Thakur, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 who is the owner of the vehicle in question. 3.
