The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No.226 of 2024 registered under Sections 310 (4) (5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that fire-arms were recovered from the co-accused persons and the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of the same.
