RANCHI, India, April 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 24:
Apprehending their arrest in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.137 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No.3212 of 2014 instituted under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners have committed the dowry death of Muniya Devi.
