RANCHI, India, Aug. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 4:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a letter has been issued to the petitioner, but no response has been received and also, she is unable to contact with the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the opposite party is present and he also states that he is unable to contact with the opposite party.
3. Under such circumstances, it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this revision, which stands dismissed as nonprosecution.
