JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DR. PUSHPLATA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Feb. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 5:

1 The petitioner has already been posted now pursuant to the settlement before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner and the respondents accept the aforesaid fact.

3. Learned counsel representing the respondents also hands over a copy of a Resolution as contained in Memo dated 15.12.2025, by which the period from 01.09.2008 to 06.12.2023, during which the petitioner served as Tutor at RIMS, has been regularized.

4. The documents handed over to this Court by the respondents, are kept on record.

5. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner praying therein to post the petitioner at an appropriate place.
