Apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.47 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 411/414/419/420/467/468/ 471/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B)/66(C)/66(D) of the Information Technology Act, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
