Apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur (Barwadda) P.S. Case No.249 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No.2256 of 2010 instituted under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is a professional coal trader, who habitually prepared fake challans loaded coal from illegal depots and sent it outside for black marketing.
