Apprehending his arrest in connection with Utari Road P.S. Case No.31 of 2024 instituted under Sections 338, 336 (3), 318 (4), 317 (5), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 21 of M.M.D.R. Act and Rule 13 of J.M.P.I.M.T.S. Rules, 2017, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of a Hywa vehicle which was seized by police while being involved in illegal transportation of mines and minerals on the basis of forged challan.
