RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this W.P. (Cr.) with liberty to file a Cr.M.P.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this W.P. (Cr.) stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy of the documents filed, may be substituted with their photocopies.
In view of withdrawal of the instant W.P. (Cr.), the interim order granted vide order dated 06.05.2024, is vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
