The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P.) P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 registered under Sections 334(1) and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed theft in upgraded High School, Jaipur, Kanko, Jainagar and took away several articles. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false.
