RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The matter relates to Giridih Muffasil P.S. Case No.100 of 2020, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih.
3. It appears that the name of the petitioner is not there in the FIR. Petitioner has not even received any notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS. In view of that, there is no apprehension of arrest to the petitioner.
4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail in future if apprehension will be ther...
