RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. It is an appeal under Section 19(i) of the Family Court Act, 1984, by which, the marriage has been declared to be void.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has placed some photographs procured through Facebook of the appellant-wife showing solemnization of marriage.
3. Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the appellant-wife has submitted that he has contacted the father of the appellant-wife knowing the veracity of solemnization of second marriage, upon which, he has been communicated that the appellant has solemnized second marriage and now, she is living happily with her husband.
