RANCHI, India, June 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Bardiha P.S. Case No.15 of 2025 registered under Sections 132, 221, 285, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The petitioner is the relative of a girl who died in a road accident being dashed by a tractor.
