RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 23/2025, registered under sections 15/18/46 of N.D.P.S. Act pending in the court of Learned Principal District and Session Judge at Seraikella.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation of cultivation of poppy plants is made against the petitioner and even the land is belonging to the forest department and that is not of the petitioner.
