RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanchita, 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and have not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Even if the content of the written report of the informant is taken to be true, there is no specific allegation of assault against the accused persons including the petitioners.
