RANCHI, India, May 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to provide the certified copies of khatiyan (parchas) of Jamabandi No.59 of Mouza-Satar Khorpos No.385-387 recorded in the name of Mahadev Deo & Others as well as Jamabandi No.93 of Mouza Satar No.377 within Kunda P.S., District-Deoghar recorded in the name of Mahadev Deo and Janki Devi to the petitioner.
