RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:

1. The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Sections 316(3), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
