RANCHI, India, May 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with a liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before the appropriate Court at the appropriate stage.
Permission is accorded.
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The interim order granted, is vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
