The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.102 of 2023 registered under Sections 419, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the witness to the sale deed executed in favour of Ashok Kumar by the co-accused Pawan Kumar, in respect of the land, the ownership of which is claimed by the complainant.
