The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Angara P.S. Case No.89 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under sections 319(2), 318(4), 322, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61 (2), 336(3) of BNS.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that it has been alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner has conspired and grabbed the land of the informant and prepared forged and fake documents.
