RANCHI, India, July 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 30:
Since the petitioners have assailed a Clause in an Advertisement No.04/2020 flowing from Rule 4.2 of the Jharkhand Town Planning Service (Recruitment, Promotion and other Conditions) Rules, 2014, and since the appointments have already been made pursuant to the said advertisement, and since the petitioners' prayer in the writ petition filed five years after the said advertisement is issued jeopardizes the persons so appointed, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches.
