2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 212/2024, registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation is made against the petitioner that he has transported the vehicle from Dhanbad to the State of Gujarat which has been purchased by finance.
