JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BIRENDRA KUMAR SHARMA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State and the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No.357 of 2023, for the offence registered under sections 406, 420/34 IPC, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
