RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 20:

1. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for Bharat Coking Coal Limited (in short, BCCL) and learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that termination of the petitioner is not only bad but the doctrine of parity has also not been followed. He submits that there were two other co-employees charged along with the petitioner in a criminal case but they were not dismissed from service, even after their conviction in the joint trial along with the petitioner but the petitioner has been dismissed.
