RANCHI, India, June 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:
1. This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 4 th June, 2018 (decree signed on 08.06.2018) passed by the learned District Judge-XIV, Dhanbad in Civil Appeal No. 119 of 2015, whereby the learned 1 st appellate has allowed the appeal against the judgment dated 17.10.2015 (decree signed on 24.11.2015) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-VII, Dhanbad in Title Suit No. 73 of 1990. The suit was dismissed by the learned trial court.
2. The defendants are the appellants before this Court.
