RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 20:
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this W.P. (Cr.) with liberty to file a Cr.M.P. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this W.P. (Cr.) stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy of the documents filed, may be substituted with their photocopies.
