RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No.110 of 2025, registered under Sections 317(5)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the purpose of own use, he was carrying the coal on the motorcycle and the allegations are made that 400 kg of coal was loaded on the said motorcycle.
