RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 13:
1. The matter relates to Original Maintenance Case No. 105/2020, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Family Court-I, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur.
2. Mr. Chandan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in terms of the settlement.
3. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the State and Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2 have got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending I.A., if any, is disposed of.
