RANCHI, India, Feb. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
1. Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
2. The same has not been opposed by Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned A.P.P.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
