RANCHI, India, July 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 30:
1. I.A. No.10147 of 2019 has been filed for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the present miscellaneous appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in preparation of file, such delay has occurred.
3. For the reasons assigned in the said I.A, the Court finds that sufficient ground is made out to condone the delay and, as such, the delay of 12 days in filing the present miscellaneous appeal is, hereby, condoned.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No.10147 of 2019 is disposed of.
5. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
