Apprehending their arrest in connection with Chiniya P.S. Case No.01 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 20 of N.D.P.S. Act, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were involved in cultivating Ganja and Ganja plant was found in their premises.
