Apprehending his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.128 of 2024 instituted under Section 341/323/504/506/376/313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed penetrative sexual intercourse with the minor victim girl and has caused miscarriage of her child without her consent and thereafter also committed repeated rape upon the victim.
