This Writ Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to quash the First Information Report in connection with Sahebganj (Town) P.S. Case No.14 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
