RANCHI, India, April 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 18:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
No one turns up on behalf of the petitioners in spite of repeated calls.
Learned counsels appearing for the respondents submit that since there is no merit in this W.P. (Cr.), hence, the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting this W.P. (Cr.).
Accordingly, this W.P. (Cr.) is dismissed for non-prosecution.
