RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:

1. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 324(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with four other co-accused persons assaulted the informant's husband by means of lathi-danda and wooden part of axe due to which he sustained serious injuries and subsequently he died in the hospital during treatment.
